I welcome the first Monday of March with one of my favorite find last love month. It's L'Eau  Jolie by Lolita Lempicka.

What is it? It's fruity, floral, woody and very much ripe as a fragrance for Spring and Summer. With feeling so old and heavy lately, this delightful scent had me feeling youthful and light. The tops notes of both black currant and pear opens the perfume to a subtle sweetness. The floral notes of peach blossom and neroli will sweep you in. It ends well with notes of musk and cedar which I thought I wouldn't like but works well this the whole cocktail.

I'm very simple when it comes to my fragrances. I prefer them light, citrus or floral. I'm not sure exactly. But unlike with makeup, the simpler a scent is, the more that I love it. And L'Eau Jolie is one of them. I gotta admit though that the bottle had me at first sight. The clear apple-shape glass with a gloden crown and stem is just so whimsy and elegant. I love cradling it on my palm and using it every chance I get.

No wonder they got the budding star and a beautiful woman emerging, Elle Fanning as face of this fragrance.

I could say more about how much I love this scent but I'd rather you try it out for yourself. :)
