4. Eligibility: Contest is offered only for residents in the Philippines.  Relatives of the staff and officers of Luxasia & shensaddiction.com up to the 3^rd degree are not allowed to join. 

5. Contest duration: Entries will be accepted from November 9, 12noon up to November 16, 11:59 PM only .

6. Qualifications:

1. All entries must be an originally composed instagram photo.  It must not infringe trademark or copyright or the privacy or be an intellectual property of another person or entity.  Any entry found to be an unoriginal composition will be disqualified upon the discretion of the organizers.  
2. All entries must not contain any Sexually Explicit, Disparaging, Defamatory, Libelous, Obscene Or Other Inappropriate Content.  Organizer has the right to disqualify photos that are deemed inappropriate or obscene.
3. By entering the contest, the entrants allows the organizer (Luxasia & shensaddiction.com) irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to reproduce, store, copy, modify, transmit, publish, post broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse all entrant’s entry.

7.       Selection of Winner:

1. Selection will be based on the most reposted & commented on Twitter & most liked and commented in Instagram. 
2. Organizer has the discretion in the count of qualified points to give based on the quality of comments given for each entry.  Comments that do not make sense or are posted by trolls or the entrant himself/herself will not be counted.
3. Organizer has the sole discretion to disqualify entries that are proven to be tampered with by the use of robots, automated device or program or troll accounts.
4. Organizer’s decision will be deemed final and unappealable.
5. Winner will be notified thru Twitter or email on November 23, 2012

8.       Claiming of prize:  

1. Prize may be claimed at Luxasia, Inc. 7^th floor Net Cube Center 3rd Avenue Corner 30th Street, E-Square Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Philippines 1634.  Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm.  Prize must be claimed within 30days after notification.  Please bring a print out of the winning notification & 1 valid government issued I.D.
2. Luxasia, Inc. or shensaddiction.com will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in claiming the prize.  If an entry from the province will win, courier expenses may be negotiated depending on the location of the winning entry.
