I was quite excited to try out the shades I got, Purple Reign and Blue Nile. Trends lately have been gearing to a more colorful eye makeup look and that includes eyeliners. The colors alone had we wowed so I didn't really expect much when it comes to longevity. Eyeliners never had a good run on my lids and they always (if not immediately) smudge on me but that doesn't stop me from wearing them since they provide more shades that the usual ink and gel liners. Plus, they are more affordable.
That also includes easier to apply. Eyeliners are friendlier to use especially for beginners. More so if it's kajal. The intensity is good and no pulling and tugging required as it's pliant to run across the lids without so much effort. Notice the plus there? Yes, this is not your regular eyeliner. With this baby you get two liners! One for defining and the other brightening. Personally, it's really getting your money's worth for me. Not many here in the Philippines really apply two liners at the same time but if you like to experiment with two shades, then these are like Buy 1 Take 1's. Especially if you want to get that Korean doll eyes where in their water lines are liner with white eyeliner.
Warning though because if your lid overlaps like mine, it will transfer especially if you got oily lids. I suggest prepping your eyes with an eye primer and applying a matte beige shadow closest to your eyelid shade to prevent it.

I've always loved the Revlon ColorStay Eye Liner and I'm glad that their Photoready eyeliners are quite at par. Not as long lasting but at least providing us with an array of color choices we can play around with. Especially for eye shadow-challenged ladies. And ofcourse, to those looking for nude liners high and low like I was. :)
