Tech Tuesday: FujiFilm Instax Mini 8 | Instant Intimate Fun
A Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 is an unlikely gadget you'd see me owning. I didn't know if it was right to own one at my age. But ever since winning it in a raffle during the second Sample Room Blogger's get together, I got hooked.
In a world where everything digital is hailed, only a brand like Fuji Film would take a camera to a whole new hipster level.
These are after all a product of the past and everything that reminds you of it, you celebrate.
So did I! It's definitely the gadget you should have for the sake of owning one! Instanx Mini 8 ia an indulgence, a definite way to invite fun and uniqueness in your life. The thing about instant cameras like Instax Mini 8 is how it reprograms you to take pictures of what really matters. That's what it did to me. Despite the urge to be trigger happy (which I gave in to several times), I noticed that I use it for special and rare occasions.
But at the same time, Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 makes me want to create special moments in my life. Capture things in an instant but don't necessarily have to share with the whole world. :)
The Fuji Film Instax Mini 8 is very easy to use. Like everything else, read the instruction manual that comes with it. But with just a push of button, you can actually start taking photos.
Insert batteries on the side. Carefully take out the film out of its package and place it at the back of the Instax Mini. Try not to expose the film under harsh light.
To help determine which setting you should you use, point at the object you want to take a photo of and see which setting the led light would suggest. Twist the dial of the camera and click away! It's that easy!
It comes with the manual, 2 AA batteries and lanyard hand strap.
Dimension and Weight: 116mm x 118.3mm x 68.2mm / 307g (without batteries, strap and film pack)
Available in pastel yellow, blue, pink, white and black.
Get your own Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 at Pixel Pro stores at SM Megamall, V-mall Greenhills, Parkmall Cebu and Glorietta 1.
