3)they're projecting their insecurities
4)they never got the affirmation they needed during their formative years

I think it's mostly due to the fact that girls are insecure all the time..we are brought up this way.. :)

Not all girls. Some are just plain insecure bitches.

in my 24years on earth.. wala akong sinaktang tao.. o inagrabyado.. i dunno why she's so mean.. oo maganda sya at sexy.. lamang ng maraming paligo sakin pero i dunno why she had to be mean sa akin..

Jealousy. It pains them to see others are better off them in some ways. They have a very low self-esteem and sometimes a lonely background.

Well, they can be mean because sometimes they seek satisfaction or feel superior if someone is insulted, or irritated. I find some girls just love to inflict hurt to get that triumphant feeling. That disgusts me.

Some girls also feel they need to best out all the girls, which is quite impossible. They could not help but compare themselves to other girls, which is a highly unhealthy practice. I once remember one of my classmates see some girl just so happy with a boyfriend, and tells me "why does she have a boyfriend, and I'm prettier than her, and me, none?" well, probably, it's because of her attitude.

some girls are also bored and choose to fill in their time with negativity, and thus, share the negativity by being mean to other people. sheesh.

Hm. I think it's the fluctuating hormones. And those are being pitted against each other.

I guess its innate in some girls. Others do it for fun, while others do it because it molds them into thinking they are better than the other girls.

Sometimes, they just want to get that respect from other girls. Parang, Blair Waldorf. I'm in high school, and I'm kind of in the "it" crowd. Sabi nga ng Prefect namen, untouchable daw kame. I guess, takot lang din na gawin (kunyare) sa amin yung ginagawa sa kanila.

Another thing, insecurities. Imbis na sa sarili natin inaasar, nag'hahanap pa tayo ng mas malala sa atin. You know, in case na i'compare.

Kaya minsan, gusto ko lumayo sa so-called-friends ko kase, TOO MUCH DRAMA. Buti pa sa boys, kain-tulog-laro okay na. :)))

really believe that those girls who do the hating are just plain bitches and very insecure and the only way they feel better about themselves is to make others feel bad.
