Many people I know tells me that Bobbi Brown is not the best makeup brand that represents my wacky-talkative-cheery personality. They say I'm fit for other brands, it having a lot of colors as colorful as my character. What they don't know is that Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is exactly the makeup for me.

I'm very straight-forward and easy to interact with. Really, I am. As cheerful and bubbly my personality is, I find enjoyment in ensuring that the person I'm with is comfortable and at ease. At least that is what I hope I exude. Despite being known as kikay (beauty enthusiast), I really am a no-frills kind of girl.

That is why I think Bobbi Brown and I make a great pair.

Bobbi Brown recognizes the important qualities women have. A pert nose, high forehead, dark skin inspires her. Her cosmetics showcases the best in women. "Beauty isn't about being perfect." she says, "It's about celebrating your individuality." As a beauty enthusiast for several years, I came to understand that makeup is not having to hide yourself underneath all those products, it's about enhancing the beauty that each of us already have and expressing one's self.

And Bobbi Brown knows exactly what I mean. She knows that makeup does not define women but shows off what already is innate in her. I'd like to believe that that is what I do whenever I put on makeup everyday.

She knows that a woman lively and active as I am needs a makeup that understands her. A no-fuss makeup for real women. Real women who laughs at the silliest jokes, cries at sappiest movies and smiles on mundane things. I am one of those women and Bobbi Brown is my makeup.

The consistency is liquid in form but not too creamy nor too runny. The Skin Foundation is definitely great for everyday use without the worries that you're packing on a lot to your skin.

Evident from the swatch above, the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation is great on covering veins and broken capillaries as well as diminishing blemishes. However, covering very dark spots and cystic pimples still need the aid of concealer and/or corrector.
